Products Liability

Adco has great markets for your tough products liability accounts. Coverage is available for design errors and omissions and for product recall. Minimum premiums start as low as $3500. We are having success with the following classes: food supplements, medical products, toys, auto parts, imports, and various other classes. Contact any of our brokers or underwriters for a quote.

 

Restaurants/Taverns/Nightclubs

This is one of the highest volume products at Adco. We have the most success writing establishments with 30% or more in liquor sales, dance floors, and live entertainment. Gentlemen’s clubs are a class that our markets are very aggressive on as well.  We have the capability to package the GL, liquor liability, and property. Our knowledgeable brokers and underwriters would be happy to help you out with any restaurant, tavern, or nightclub risks that you come across.

  

High Value Homeowners

Adco has access to a high value homeowners product that is one of the most competitive products in the marketplace. We routinely take accounts from the standard markets in this class. It can be a primary or secondary residence.  Unprotected fire classes are acceptable. Our market will entertain remodeling/addition exposure and builders risk. Oil & Gas
